Responsibilities

• Metal Fabrication and Assembly
  
  
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components using tools such as saws, grinders, and welders.
  • Operate equipment like press brakes, shears, and lathes for precise metal forming.
• Welding and Joining
  
  
  • Perform welding operations (MIG, TIG, or stick welding) to join metals according to specifications.
  • Inspect and repair welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards.
• Quality Assurance
  
  
  • Inspect completed workpieces for defects and compliance with specifications.
  • Ensure dimensional accuracy using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
