Responsibilities
-Manufacturing Operations: Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including metal fabrication, CNC machine operation, busbar bending, assembly, wiring, and testing.
-Quality and Compliance: Ensure that manufacturing processes and products adhere to NEC, UL891, and other standards and other relevant regulations, maintaining the highest level of quality and safety.
-Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
-Electrical Expertise: Expert level understanding of electrical systems and components as related to Transformers, Switchboards, and Switchgear is essential.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the manufacturing team to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to streamline processes and improve product quality.
- Manage manufacturing budget, resources, and capacity planning to meet business demands.
