Responsibilities
Apply advanced soldering techniques to skillfully assemble and solder RF components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs), upholding the highest quality standards.
Conduct thorough visual inspections of solder joints to ensure impeccable soldering quality, component alignment, and connections.
Collaborate closely with colleagues, engineers, and supervisors to resolve assembly challenges and achieve optimal results.
Operate soldering equipment, including soldering irons and stations, with unwavering attention to safety and precision.
Offer insights and recommendations for refining processes, particularly those related to soldering techniques and quality enhancement.
Adhere rigorously to safety protocols, company guidelines, and quality standards, ensuring exceptional outcomes.
Follow production assembly instructions (AIs).
Perform operations such as crimping, staking, screwing, bolting, soldering, cementing, press-fitting, or similar methods to secure components in place.
Install circuit card assemblies (CCAs) within housings and chassis. Assemble and affix hardware.
Execute epoxy bonding procedures. Make necessary adjustments or trims to components to meet specified electrical or dimensional criteria.
