- Receiving and Warehousing:
- Ensure accurate receipt of merchandise, including verifying serial numbers and conducting data checks.
- Manage goods receipts in the SBO system and provide warehouses with necessary documents for timely operations.
- Filing and Organization:
- Organize and maintain records of sales orders and receiving invoices.
- Global Shipping Management:
- Handle international shipping of parts and documents via courier services (e.g., DHL, UPS).
- Create commercial invoices and ensure compliance with customs requirements (e.g., correct client address, values, descriptions).
- Sales Order Processing:
- Complete missing information, validate shipping details, and ensure proper documentation accompanies shipments.
- Generate pick tickets and prepare shipping instructions tailored to country-specific regulations.
- Oversee timely shipment and delivery of goods, ensuring customs clearance and accurate customer receipt.
- System Updates and Invoicing:
- Update information in SBO and Magaya systems post-shipment.
- Prepare orders for billing by incorporating commissions, freight charges, and warehouse transfers.
- Create and file Accounts Receivable invoices.
- Interface with our customs broker, Clear Freight Inc., by making sure they have required documents to accept and clear our merchandise through United States customs, and delivery to designated warehouse. I make sure the original documents fromthe company are received in a timely fashion in order to make sure our cargo is cleared by customs ahead of time. Also, help to make sure that their invoice is correct per shipment, or container we receive.
- Keep a daily update of all the orders that have been shipped out along with uploading the serial numbers into SBO and making sure the serial numbers are recorded onto the order correctly. Keep records of all transfers, along with back up documentation for references and make sure that the delivery to the destination is complete
- The talent must be able to cummunicate with customers in English and Spanish, properly
