Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot industrial machinery and equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure machines and equipment are operating efficiently and safely.
- Fabricate or modify machine parts using machine tools and welding equipment as necessary.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to ensure proper installation and operation of equipment.
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and production staff to identify and address issues affecting equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory of parts and supplies.
- Follow all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
