Responsibilities
Setup and Calibration:
Prepare and set up the extrusion machine according to the product specifications, including adjusting settings for temperature, pressure, and die configurations.
Material Handling:
Load raw rubber material into the machine and ensure proper feeding throughout the extrusion process.
Machine Operation:
Operate the extrusion machine to produce rubber products, monitoring for consistency and quality throughout the process.
Inspection and Quality Control:
Inspect extruded rubber products for defects, dimensions, and adherence to specifications. Make adjustments as needed to maintain quality.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve operational issues, such as blockages, irregularities in product dimensions, or machine malfunctions.
