Responsibilities
- Provide in-home diagnosis and repair of various home appliances.
- Maintaining high-quality customer service and care.
- Advise customers on the proper operation of their products to extend the life of the appliances.
- Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed.
- Utilize laptops/tablets to complete daily service tickets and other reports as required.
- Meet key performance indicators and/or productivity goals.
- Maintain company provided vehicle and uniforms.
- Various other duties as assigned.
