Responsibilities

• Manage and scale warehouse operations including QC, inbound, outbound, returns, personalization, and inventory control
• Ensure all orders are processed, including monogrammed as requested, and shipped daily according to standards and SLAs
• Support retail allocation and manage store fulfillment logistics strategy
• Identify and make changes in labor based on volume and needs
• Work with other department leaders and omnichannel teams on special requests and changes to processes
• Develop and drive our productivity standards program through the fulfillment center operations
• Proactively communicate with Associates regarding the Associate's performance as needed
• Effectively motivate, train, and communicate with the team to assure superior levels of safety, reliability, and cleanliness

The essential functions of this role include:
