Responsibilities
Plan, Schedule and assign work for each technician.
Monitor work pace and department throughput.
Provide timely updates to production planning on the status of orders.
If work is running behind schedule, determine the root cause of the delay and course correct using resources
available to bring the order back on schedule.
Develop inspection processes and procedures.
Perform calibration and related service and repair operations as required.
Testing performance of electromechanical and servo hydraulic assemblies and machines.
Fault diagnostics.
Capturing, recording and analyzing calibration data and test results in strict compliance with company approved
quality procedures on products manufactured by the company as well as manufactured by other companies.
Continuous improvement of the department processes, procedures and team capabilities.
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
A measurement of your performance will directly corollate with feedback from your customers regarding the
quality, accuracy, and timeliness of communication.
