Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the embroidery department, ensuring production targets are met.
- Coordinate workflow and prioritize production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to optimize performance and skill development.
- Monitor embroidery machines and ensure they are functioning efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all embroidered products meet company standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and workplace policies.
- Collaborate with other departments, including design and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a production environment preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with embroidery machines and production processes is a plus.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company-specific embroidery techniques and protocols.
