Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this role involves actively engaging with production and logistics processes, including jumping in to handle challenges as they arise. Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, or a related field
- Prior experience in operations management, particularly in assembly and logistics
- Decision-making skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment
- A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach to solving challenges
- Experience with global communication or international business

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Production and Logistics Oversight: Direct and manage both departments to ensure high performance, quality standards, and timely delivery.
- Collaboration with Global Teams: Coordinate with international supply chain and sales teams to align operations across regions.
- Decision-Making Support: Provide operational decisions for local teams when international teams are unavailable.
- Operational Efficiency: Continuously monitor and improve processes to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Technology and Process Alignment: Lead the implementation of globally-aligned software and procedures.
- KPI Management: Define, track, and act on performance metrics to meet operational goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor team members, fostering accountability and growth.
