Position Overview: The Maintenance Manager will oversee all aspects of maintenance operations in our distribution center, with a focus on keeping critical systems such as conveyors, HVAC, and electrical equipment in top working condition. This role requires a proactive leader with hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting complex systems, the ability to manage a team, and the technical expertise to ensure operational continuity and safety.
salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Oversee maintenance activities for conveyor systems, HVAC units, electrical systems, and other critical distribution center equipment.
- Ensure the timely and cost-effective resolution of equipment issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining optimal system performance.
- Experience with automated systems and robotics in a distribution center setting.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and how maintenance interfaces with system performance.
- Previous experience with budget management and cost control for maintenance operations.
- Expertise in managing vendor relationships for parts, services, and equipment procurement.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute equipment upgrades, repairs, and facility improvements.
- Manage maintenance inventory, including spare parts and tools, ensuring necessary supplies are always available.
