We are seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team at a well-maintained 72-unit apartment complex. The ideal candidate must have a current HVAC certification and an extensive background in residential property maintenance. While a CPO certification is preferred, it's not required. Applicants must pass comprehensive background checks, drug screening, and credit evaluations, with no prior evictions or outstanding rent balances. Responsibilities

• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs and should be in overall good physical health
• Ability to solve basic problems that may arise on the job
• Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and plumbing systems in day to day tasks for the job
• Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner and be able to prioritize important work
• Ability to communicate any issues or problems to upper management while also being able to work with other staff members to get a particular job completed
• Ability to organize calendars and appointments especially in relation to regular required maintenance
• Ability to multitask and juggle a variety of appointments and requests at one time
• Ability to work in various different areas of the building and perform many different functions to keep the building in good standing
