We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Warehouse Inventory Cycle Counter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate tracking of inventory through regular cycle counts within the warehouse. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently to maintain inventory accuracy. This position plays a critical role in supporting inventory management systems and ensuring that stock levels are consistent with records. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity where you will be supporting the daily operations of the warehouse. Responsibilities

• Perform routine cycle counts in accordance with established schedules to ensure the accuracy of inventory levels.
• Verify inventory records by physically counting stock and comparing results with inventory management system data.
• Investigate discrepancies between physical counts and system records, identifying potential causes and correcting issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory logs, documenting findings and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and other departments to resolve inventory-related issues and ensure timely adjustments are made.
• Report inventory variances, potential issues, and recommendations for improvements to the inventory control manager.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with reordering materials when required.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of full physical inventories, including during peak seasons or year-end counts.
• Assist in organizing and tidying up storage areas to ensure accessibility and efficient counting.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and warehouse policies.
