Position: Bandsaw Operator Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience) We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bandsaw Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain bandsaw equipment to cut, shape, and prepare materials according to specifications. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality production and meeting project deadlines.   Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a bandsaw or similar cutting equipment.
• mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings.
• Familiarity with measuring tools (e.g., calipers, tape measures, micrometers).
• Good physical stamina to handle materials and operate equipment for extended periods.
