Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines with live tooling functionality.
- Prepare and operate additional CNC machinery for milling, drilling, and grinding as needed.
- Load raw materials and parts onto machines, ensuring proper alignment and secure positioning.
- Monitor machinery during production and perform regular quality checks to maintain product accuracy.
- Conduct inspections on tools and machines, replacing components as necessary.
- Address and resolve machine alarms promptly to minimize downtime.
- Fill and replace coolant or lubricating oil as required.
- Collaborate with supervisors on additional tasks and production goals.
