Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines with live tooling functionality.
• Prepare and operate additional CNC machinery for milling, drilling, and grinding as needed.
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines, ensuring proper alignment and secure positioning.
• Monitor machinery during production and perform regular quality checks to maintain product accuracy.
• Conduct inspections on tools and machines, replacing components as necessary.
• Address and resolve machine alarms promptly to minimize downtime.
• Fill and replace coolant or lubricating oil as required.
• Collaborate with supervisors on additional tasks and production goals.
