Job Description: We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Assembly Line Workers in a fast-paced door manufacturing facility in Pataskala, Ohio. As an Assembly Line Worker, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality doors, ensuring each product meets our company's stringent quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Assemble door components, including frames, panels, hardware, and glass.
- Install hinges, locks, handles, and other hardware.
- Ensure proper alignment and functionality of each door.
- Operate machinery such as saws, drills, and presses to cut and shape materials.
- Conduct quality checks to inspect doors for defects and ensure smooth operation.
- Handle raw materials, move components, and ensure inventory is organized.
- Package and label finished doors for shipment or storage.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production.
- Report any production or machine issues to supervisors.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery.
- strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- $18.50 per hour
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Paid weekly
