Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues using CRM and Salesforce platforms.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members via Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload products within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing materials.
- Ensure accurate data entry for order tracking, inventory updates, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and warehouse operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
- Support process improvements by leveraging technology and providing input on workflow enhancements.
