We're searching for a highly motivated and skilled technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our production lines, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Must haves:
- Understanding of electronics, electrical services, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems.
- Experience with production equipment maintenance and line setup.
- Knowledge of high voltage safety protocols and procedures.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair diverse equipment.
- Hands-on experience with general construction, plumbing, welding, and carpentry is a plus.
- Experience with maintianing aerosal and/or liquid filling lines
- Experience with liquid tanks or chemical tanks

Responsibilities
- Performs line set-up activities in an efficient, timely manner.
- Provides line adjustments and preventive maintenance to maintain efficient line operation.
- Assists in the maintenance and repairs of production equipment, building and grounds.
- Keeps maintenance log as required.
- Keeps maintenance supervisor advised of equipment spare parts needed.
- Coordinates with department supervisors when machines must be taken off line for maintenance.
- Works on high voltage electrical equipment and wiring to perform repair and installations.
- Oversees contractor work for facility modification and repair.Maintains plant safety systems so that they are operational.
- Must have liquid or aerosal filling line experience
