Responsibilities
- Manejar y supervisar el funcionamiento de equipos y máquinas de producción según los procedimientos establecidos.
- Realizar tareas de limpieza, ajustes menores y mantenimiento preventivo para garantizar un rendimiento óptimo.
- Inspeccionar los productos durante y después del proceso de producción para asegurar que cumplan con los estándares de calidad.
- Seguir los planes de producción y cumplir con los objetivos de cantidad y plazos establecidos.
- Trabajar siguiendo estrictamente las normas de seguridad y las regulaciones de la empresa para garantizar un ambiente laboral seguro.
- Identificar y reportar cualquier falla o problema técnico de las máquinas al equipo de mantenimiento.
- Comunicarse eficazmente con otros operadores, supervisores y personal de apoyo para optimizar los procesos de producción.
