We’re looking for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in distillation, beer production, or food manufacturing, as well as plant process development or control operations. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, capable of lifting up to 60 lbs, and able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, mechanical aptitude, and hands-on experience in food manufacturing or laboratory settings are preferred. Familiarity with plant operation controls and customer interaction is a plus.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production processes, including primary and finish distillation and finished goods operations.
- Maintain high sanitary standards for all production areas, focusing on the production of mash, distilled spirits, and finished goods.
- Assist the Plant Manager in developing workplace quality control and sanitation standards.
- Prepare and ensure compliance with Federal TTB (Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau) regulations.
- Operate plant machinery and controls to ensure smooth production processes.
- Interact with customers as needed to provide a positive and professional experience.
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Beer production or distillation processes.
- Plant process development and control operations in food production.
