Responsibilities
- Handle challenges and collaborate with the team to develop strategies that enhance performance.
- Guide, motivate, and engage team members, fostering a positive, efficient, and safety-conscious environment.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing skill development to existing staff.
- Assisting preparing packages for shipments going out to B to C customerrs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and oversee the implementation of special projects.
- Continuously assess and refine processes to ensure timely, accurate order processing and fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, safety, and overall operational efficiency.
- Establish cross-training initiatives to build team flexibility and optimize workflow.
- Verify the accuracy of outgoing shipments, ensuring they meet quality standards before they are entered into the inventory system.
- Work with vendors and logistics partners to address any shipment discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Inspect incoming products to check for damages or discrepancies and document issues for follow-up.
