- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a related role, preferably in distribution
- Understanding of warehouse management procedures and best practices

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping eyewear products
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the accuracy of stock counts
- Coordinate the timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and increase efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and procurement, to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance, including productivity metrics and inventory levels
- Train and develop warehouse staff to maintain a high level of performance
