responsible for assembling electrical components and systems by following detailed blueprints and schematics, carefully placing and connecting wires, and performing quality checks to ensure proper functionality of the final product, often working in a manufacturing environment and utilizing hand tools to build electrical equipment like circuit boards, panels, or machines.

Responsibilities

In This Function You Will
Assemble, wire, and test electrical components such as relays, switches, transformers, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, etc. while upholding safety requirements
-Install completed assemblies into cabinets and enclosures as required
-Accurately layout and position assembly components to ensure construction feasibility and ease of installation and future maintenance.
-Participate in switchrack construction: including bus fabrication and assembly, enclosure construction, component layout and mounting to frame. Installation, measurement, fabrication, and installation of conduit and associated fittings, and wiring of complete assembly.
-Analyze job requirements from blueprints and schematics.
