Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and testing electronic components and circuit boards to meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform hand soldering of electronic components, connectors, and wires to circuit boards.
- Inspect and test soldered connections for quality and adherence to standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Operate and maintain soldering equipment.
- Repair and rework soldered components as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.
