Responsibilities
- Skillfully assemble and solder RF components onto PCBs, adhering to advanced soldering techniques and quality standards.
- Perform detailed visual inspections of solder joints, ensuring proper alignment and connection.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and colleagues to address assembly challenges and achieve top-notch results.
- Operate soldering equipment safely and efficiently, including soldering irons and stations.
- Suggest process improvements related to soldering techniques and quality enhancement.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
- Follow detailed production assembly instructions (AIs).
- Perform tasks such as crimping, staking, screwing, soldering, cementing, press-fitting, or other securing methods.
- Install circuit card assemblies (CCAs) into housings and chassis and perform hardware assembly.
- Execute epoxy bonding procedures and adjust or trim components to meet precise electrical or dimensional specifications.
