We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Fleet/Safety Supervisor to oversee the operations and maintenance of vehicle fleet in the Fredericksburg area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained, drivers are well-trained, and all transportation activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and regulations. The Fleet/Safety Supervisor will also be responsible for managing budgets, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring that all vehicles are safe and reliable. This role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Implement and Maintain policies and procedures for safety programs, conduct safety training, job site audits, & accident investigation. Responsible for the day to day management of OSHA, DOT, EPA & entire Safety regulations. Setting goals and expectations for driver performance. Setting guidelines for purchasing and disposing of vehicles,

Must have previous experience is safety and fleet management
