- food machines / warehouse/ conveyor belts/ line maintenance- diagnosis, repair, replacement
- AC & Servo drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Operates and troubleshoots related equipment as needed or assigned.
- Troubleshoots motor control circuits, drives, and PLC systems.
- Performs electronic component replacement, substitution, set-up and calibration.
- Food environment/ GMP experience preferred
- Good communication skills/customer service, they will be helping and working with our operators

Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive Maintenance activities
- Takes the initiative in finding and implementing efficiency improvements to existing equipment and processes.
- Assist in the installation, start-up and qualification of new equipment.
- - strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for mechanical, pneumatic, minor electrical failures, sensors, and fault conditions.
- - Replace defective variable frequency drive and/or motor.
- - Review equipment technical documentation to update preventative maintenance schedules.
- - Analyze maintenance data for the implementation of a predictive maintenance program.
- - Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time spent.
- - Set-up and trouble shoot process equipment.
- - Work closely with production to quickly resolve technical issues.
- - Knowledge of PLC’s, hydraulics, AC/DC, fuses, etc.
