We are looking for a skilled worker responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and other imperfections from metal or plastic parts that have been machined or manufactured. Burrs are unwanted projections or rough edges that form during the manufacturing process, often as a result of cutting, grinding, or machining. The job involves using a variety of tools and techniques to ensure the finished part meets safety, quality, and functional standards. This is for an Aerospace manufacturer. Responsibilities

• Deburring: Remove sharp edges, burrs, or rough spots from parts using hand tools (e.g., files, scrapers) or power tools (e.g., grinders, sanders).
• Honing: Smooth out finished product to ensure it's within client specification. 
• Inspection: Inspect parts to identify burrs or imperfections that need to be removed to ensure smooth and precise finishes.
• Tool Use: Operate various tools like pneumatic tools, hand tools, or automated deburring machines to achieve the desired finish.
• Quality Control: Measure and check the dimensions of parts using gauges or micrometers to ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Cleaning: Clean deburred parts to remove any residual debris, oils, or residues from the machining process.
