We are looking for a careful forklift operator to move packages and material around our facilities. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces and other facilities.

You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.



salary: $17 - $18 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

A forklift operator's job is to move goods and materials around warehouses and other industrial sites using forklifts and other equipment: 

• Loading and unloading: Unload deliveries from trucks and load goods onto conveyor belts 
• Stacking: Stack boxes, crates, pallets, and lumber for storage 
• Relocating: Move items within the warehouse or factory 
• Labeling: Label and sort incoming and outgoing shipments 
• Maintaining: Maintain a clean work area and perform routine maintenance checks 
• Operating: Operate other industrial vehicles such as cherry-pickers and automated pallet jacks 

The essential functions of this role include:
