Responsibilities
- Perform receiving inspection and fill out reports for all incoming raw materials.
- Assist Development Engineer during new product launches.
- Communicate with customers to ensure all products meet their quality standards.
- Sit in biweekly video meetings with customers and Development Engineer to address progress of new launches.
- Build PPAP documentation for new products: Dimensional and Capability Reports, Process Flow Charts, FMEA, Control Plans, DVP&R, Calibration Records, Packaging Specs, and Checking Aids. As well as assemble PPAP Binders to ship to customers.
- Assist Supervisor in setting up tooling for each job as required and ensure products coming off meet specifications.
