This position requires individuals who are efficient, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high-quality work. As part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with Lead Technicians and operations/engineering staff to meet production goals.

Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment at assigned production stations efficiently and safely.
- Assemble products based on specifications and finalize them for shipment.
- Maintain and ensure proper functionality of equipment, reporting any abnormalities.
- Conduct quality checks to uphold production standards.
- Follow directives from Lead Technicians, escalating issues as needed.
- Uphold production schedules by arriving punctually for each shift and working diligently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals while maintaining a positive work ethic.
