Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, including conveyor belts, motors, pumps, and production equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair 480V electrical systems, including wiring, panels, and components.
- Maintain and repair roller conveyor belts and other material handling equipment.
- Support operations by quickly responding to and resolving equipment malfunctions.
- Conduct facility maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, HVAC, and lighting repairs as needed.
- Ensure all work complies with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize equipment performance.
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably (though not required) in corrugated packaging.
- Proficiency in maintaining and repairing conveyor systems, with a preference for experience with roller conveyors.
- strong knowledge of 480V electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair them.
- Skilled in mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes.
- Experience with facility maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime, including Saturdays.
- Competitive pay range of $28-$34 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Shift: M-F, 6am-3:45pm (occasional Saturday OT).
