Randstad is partnering with a well-established client in Medford, NY, to find an experienced Service Manager to lead their service department. The ideal candidate will have a background in the automotive or trucking industry and proven leadership abilities. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Manager in the automotive, trucking, or heavy equipment industry
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with communication skills
• Knowledge of mechanical and technical aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Ability to manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory effectively
• Proficiency in service management software and related technology

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and productivity
