Responsibilities
- Oversee key performance metrics, analyze trends, and leverage insights to guide strategic business decisions. Conduct in-depth investigations to identify root causes and implement strategies to enhance performance aligned with organizational objectives.
- Define clear goals and responsibilities for managerial staff, including supervisors, fleet supervisors, and coordinators. Regularly evaluate performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure accountability across all levels.
- Lead a team of 200+ employees, including fleet operations, while working collaboratively with fulfillment center teams to design and implement initiatives that elevate operational standards and efficiency.
- Partner closely with Human Resources to deliver comprehensive support and resources for all employees, fostering a productive and supportive work environment.
- Recognize and overcome operational challenges to drive the success of process improvement initiatives and automation programs, ensuring sustainable growth and efficiency.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures in alignment with industry standards, maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
