What You’ll Do
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Perform inspections, routine testing, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities
Ensures all company policies and procedures are followed to produce our high-quality
products meeting all the guidelines of the USDA and Miami Beef specifications.
Drives quality excellence through process controls, specification checks, product
dispositions and quality troubleshooting.
Oversees all process documentation and training program procedures for consistency of
operational tasks, and the safety and cleanliness of the workplace
Ensures a quality product is being produced and all sanitation processes are being
followed and reports are filed.
Works closely with the team to assist in all third-party audits and certification programs.
Identifies root causes and apply corrective actions if sanitation standards are not
followed.
Works closely with production on regulatory and internal requirements for non-
compliance processes.
Operates, maintain and calibrate equipment and tools.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
- working weekends
