Responsibilities
- Receive boards from multiple areas. Check job jacket for job identification, customer requirements, board count and revision.
- Test boards and stamp per customer requirement. Perform debug and fault isolation/verification.
- Notify appropriate departments of problems.
- Communicate with other shifts.
- Construction of test fixtures, fixture setup and programming of test equivalent. Troubleshoot when necessary.
- When practical rework fault and retest reworked parts.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment test area.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment. Report equipment malfunction to supervisor.
- Keep daily production log, scrap reports, job discrepancy reports, certificate of compliance log and any data collection necessary for process control.
- Attend Quality/SPC courses and assist Quality Project teams when asked.
