We are seeking a dedicated and experienced  Warehouse Supervisor with a  background in the food industry to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This role will require exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment. salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to company standards.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the accurate tracking, receiving, storing, and distribution of food products, ensuring stock levels are maintained and products are stored according to food safety regulations.
• Training & Development: Provide training and guidance to new and existing warehouse employees on operational procedures, food safety standards, and company policies.
• Food Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all food safety regulations and quality standards, including temperature control, sanitation, and proper handling of food products.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between English-speaking and [second language]-speaking employees to ensure clear communication and smooth operations across shifts.
• Operational Efficiency: Monitor and improve warehouse processes to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflows.
