Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock organization, and order fulfillment.
- Supervise and manage a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and accurate picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment according to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure the proper packaging of all meal prep products in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.
- Manage the packing process to maintain the highest levels of product quality and consistency.
- Develop and implement packaging improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate the pick & pack process to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time for delivery to retail locations and customers.
- Perform regular audits of inventory and orders to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and packaging staff to meet daily operational goals.
- Ensure that staff are trained in proper handling, packaging, and safety protocols.
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance and productivity.
