Responsibilities
- Conduct RF testing on a variety of devices, including transmitters, receivers, amplifiers, antennas, and other communication equipment to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Use and maintain RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes, and other relevant testing tools.
- Analyze and interpret test results to identify performance issues, non-conformities, or areas for improvement. Record, document, and communicate findings clearly to engineering and design teams.
- Perform routine calibration of RF testing instruments and systems to ensure accuracy and reliability. Assist in maintaining equipment and ensuring it is in proper working condition.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of test procedures, results, and any issues encountered during testing. Prepare and generate comprehensive test reports for internal use and customer delivery.
- Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to address test issues and optimize product performance. Assist in the design and setup of test procedures and protocols.
