Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products.
- Implement and improve warehouse processes, optimizing workflow and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Manage inventory control, tracking stock levels, and ensuring product availability.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and on-time deliveries.
