This is a long-term opportunity that requires an updated resume, background check, and drug test. Shift- Friday-Sunday; 6am-6pm AND Thursday; 12pm-6pm

salary: $18 - $18.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Machine Setup and Operation: Prepare and operate injection molding machines, ensuring molds are properly installed and machine settings are adjusted for optimal production.
  
  
• Quality Inspection: Monitor and inspect molded parts for defects such as flashing, short shots, or warping, using calipers, gauges, or other measuring tools to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  
  
• Material Loading and Handling: Load raw plastic materials, such as pellets or granules, into the machine hopper and ensure consistent material flow during production.
  
  
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve minor machine malfunctions or production issues and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.
  
  
• Documentation and Reporting: Record production data, including quantities produced, rejected parts, and machine performance, and communicate any issues to supervisors or maintenance teams.
