Responsibilities
- Install, test, and repair electrical systems in vehicles, including wiring, sensors, control systems, and electronic components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in prototypes, production models, and test vehicles.
- Interpret and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Assist with the design, assembly, and installation of vehicle electrical systems.
- Perform quality assurance tests to verify system functionality and compliance with industry standards.
- Work closely with engineering teams to support vehicle production and R&D projects.
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
- Proficient in soldering, crimping, and connector assembly.
- Knowledge of CAN bus systems and vehicle diagnostics.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including proper use of tools and protective equipment.
- Document work processes, findings, and completed repairs for future reference.
