Responsibilities
- ead and supervise a team of sanitation workers to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Ensure compliance with sanitation protocols and food safety regulations
- Oversee cleaning and sanitizing of production areas, equipment, and utensils
- Conduct inspections to ensure proper sanitation and safety practices are followed
- Train and mentor new team members on sanitation procedures
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed
