Responsibilities
- Drive a straight truck for the final stage delivery of products to customers.
- Supervise Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, loading, and unloading of trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely and efficient movement of products.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate a sit-down propane forklift to move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations promptly and effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including shipments, receipts, and inventory levels.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Forklift Certification: Valid forklift certification with experience operating a sit-down propane forklift.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and handle up to [50] pounds, and perform tasks that require physical exertion.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Organizational Skills: High level of organization and attention to detail.
