In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of quality products through production, operations, and manufacturing. This is a management position with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results. Qualifications:  PROVEN EXPERIENCE in warehouse management and logistics coordination, utilizing an ERP system to manage and control all the material movement transactions.  Knowledge of logistic processes, international regulations, and customs procedures.  Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required.  OSHA Forklift Certification.  Hazardous materials handling.  Ability to perform in a fast-moving environment and deal with uncertainties.  Excellent organizational and time management skills.  Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.  Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.  Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse management standards.

salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
 Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse activities.
 Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
 Create and maintain ERP data integrity while performing all material
movement transactions, and ensure that all documents are filed and posted
correctly.
 Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer
requirements.
 Coordinate transportation, including carrier selection, routing, and
scheduling.
 Manage all aspects of international import and export operations, while
ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation
requirements.
 Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth
cross-border movements.
 Stay abreast of international trade regulations and tariffs.
 Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy of
inventory. Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.

 Implement safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free
warehouse environment.
