Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join a team for a temp-to-hire position. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a warehouse team while ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, productive, and organized warehouse environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting, are tech-savvy, and have leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Use an RF scanner to track inventory, monitor orders, and update system reports.
• Ensure accurate computer-based reporting for inventory, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Monitor and enforce safety standards to maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance and support for their development.
• Lead by example with great work ethic and high attendance standards.
• Resolve operational issues, troubleshoot problems, and communicate effectively with management.

The essential functions of this role include:
