We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Dispatcher to oversee and coordinate the efficient movement of goods and materials within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure timely communication between drivers, warehouse staff, and management to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required



Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for deliveries and pickups based on customer orders and operational priorities.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are prepared and loaded accurately and on time.
• Monitor and track the status of deliveries and provide real-time updates to management and customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping, receiving, and dispatch activities, including driver logs and route schedules.
• Resolve issues or delays in a timely manner, escalating problems to management when necessary.
• Communicate with drivers regarding route changes, delivery instructions, or special handling requirements.
• Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to optimize delivery routes and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transportation laws.
• Operate dispatch software and tools to manage schedules, track shipments, and generate reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
