As Solder Technician your primary duties are to assemble electronic parts, such as circuit boards, and mount them into larger assemblies ensuring the proper soldering and installation of electrics within. This requires the utilization of various hand tools and equipment to perform duties. An Electronic Assembler must adhere to safety precautions during operations to prevent electrical hazards in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• As Solder Technician your primary duties are to assemble electronic parts, such as circuit boards, and mount them into larger assemblies ensuring the proper soldering and installation of electrics within
• This requires the utilization of various hand tools and equipment to perform duties
• An Electronic Assembler must adhere to safety precautions during operations to prevent electrical hazards in the workplace
• Responsible for carrying out the duties listed below in a proficient, orderly manner all while maintaining a positive attitude and solid attendance record
• Read, understand, and accurately follow drawings, prints, and other reference documentation
• Able to follow written instructions and provide feedback as to how to improve those Instructions
• Identify good and bad solder connections on industry quality standards of IPC or equivalent
• Effective and correct use of soldering iron and other general purpose hand tools used in
• Position and align parts in specified arraignments in a jig, fixture, or other holding device
• Solder and touch up through-hole components
• Prepping and hand stuffing through-hole for wave solder
• Must be a US citizen or Green Cardholder.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
