Responsibilities
- Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in collaborating with production teams to enhance quality assurance and management practices, ultimately contributing to the success of our aerospace projects
- Analyze and interpret Op sheets, blueprints, mechanical drawings, and travelers to produce products that meet or exceed customer specifications
- Verifies conformance of finished workpiece to customer specifications visually and using hard gauge precision measuring tools such as borescopes, rulers, calipers, gauges, and micrometers
- Interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances to complete inspection as required
- Performs final inspection on parts as required
- Verifies the proper completion of paperwork
- Check status of non-conformances and processes them accordingly
- Documents actions by updating control charts, travelers, and reporting labor in the ERP system
- Perform under AS9100 quality standards and NADCAP accreditation
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by performing daily housekeeping duties
- Follow all company policies and procedures including the use of proper PPE
- Must be a US citizen or Green Cardholder.
